Custom Hats at the Hattic

Our Custom Hats Collection has a huge array of hats and you are sure to find something that takes your fancy. Whether you’d love a funky patterned canvas or denim, or you’d rather a premium leather we’ve got a selection of Pork Pie and Trilby hats for you. Find something bright, or something mellow amongst the Fedoras, Bucket Hats, 8 Piece Caps and more. Fans of the cult-classic film Snatch might like our Nappa Leather Snatch Fedora (inspired by Mickey’s hat).

The perfect hat can be difficult to find, but we love the challenge of getting it just right. In fact, we’ve had the joy of making heads happy since 1989! Don’t forget that all our hats are made on limited runs of one off materials and designs – so catch them while you can!

What makes your Hattic headwear customised?

Our hats are handmade from high quality materials and are designed to last. That means that fit is important: each custom made to order hat is sized to fit your head exactly – provided you give us the right measurements! We also offer the option for your hat to be custom embroidered, with your chosen monogram sewn into the lining.

All our hats at The Hattic are made to order by hand, from our studio in Brighton in the UK. To get a hat that fits you perfectly, you’ll need to grab a tape measure and follow the instructions on our Sizing Guide. Next, simply pick your size from the dropdown menu of your chosen hat (or, if you can’t see your measurement listed simply Contact Us with the details). If you’d like your custom fitted hat to have an extra level of personalisation then choose an embroidered monogrammed lining and add your own words. Customised hats like these make amazing unique gifts that when properly looked after, will last a lifetime. Or, perhaps even better, they make an excellent treat to yourself! Choose to have your initials, name, or any words of your choice embroidered inside your hat, for an extra touch of customisation.
