We aim to dispatch all made to order hats within 20 working days, we aim to dispatch off the shelf hats in up to 3 working days.

- European Standard Delivery – £14.50*
- Worldwide Standard Delivery – £22.00
Any delays, perhaps due to supply of cloth or other materials, will be communicated to you.
Please understand that when the hat has left the Hattic, it is then in the hands of the postal service, over which we have no control.
*Please Note: Purchases made from the European Union may incur your respective countries VAT and handling charges on delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Should you wish to return your hat, you must do so within 7 days of receipt. Before returning send an email to info@jillcorbett.com with details of the hat and your name. Please put your details in the box with the hat too.
If returning from outside the EU, you MUST right ‘Return’ on the custom label and the box. Failure to do so will result in duties to be paid and we cannot be responsible for that.
Refund will be made assuming the hat shows no signs of wear, and that is has been packed for return with the same care and attention as when it was dispatched.
When the hat is received back and found to be in new condition, refund will be made by the via the same method used in payment for it. If buyer has ordered the wrong size then they shall assume responsibility for the return cost.
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, we cannot be responsible for the postage and packing fees.
If an error has been made, we are happy to refund/exchange, whichever you would prefer.
