Custom Hats

The perfect hat can be difficult to find, but we love the challenge of getting it just right. In this collection there is a Custom Hat for everyone; from Fedoras and Trilbies to Bucket Hats, and of course our beloved Pork Pie Hat. Our hats are made from a variety of materials including premium leather, suede, cotton canvas and denim. So whatever the weather, whatever the occasion and whatever your style, you are bound to find something for you.

Because they are handmade, all the hats we make are unique. But what is a Custom Hat? The custom hats in this collection are all made to order, with the possibility to add your own custom twist. When you order your hat it is custom made in our studio in Brighton, and shipped straight to you. If you want it more custom than that – whether you would like to make the brim wider or stingier, add a new band or higher crown, just request an additional customisation by getting in touch.

Our hats are handmade from high-quality materials, that are often happened upon and are designed to last. That means that fit is important: each custom made to order hat is sized to fit your head exactly – provided you give us the right measurements! If you are having doubts, you can use our guide on how to measure your head. If you’d like your custom-fitted hat to have an extra level of personalisation then choose an embroidered monogrammed lining and add your own words. Customised hats like these make amazing unique gifts that when properly looked after, will last a lifetime. Or, even better, treat yourself and choose to have your initials, name, or any words of your choice embroidered inside your hat!
