Yes. If you request a remake, and you ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for postage costs.
Yes we offer an interior refurb service from £25 to £30 depending on the hat. It would be a new lining, interior band and general buff up.

We ask that you please be respectful and follow covid guidelines, and do not visit us if you are currently experiencing any symptoms or have tested positive within the last 14 days.
You are welcome to request a specific design or alteration to one of our existing hats, and we are happy to accommodate your ideas provided that they are within the scope of what we make at the Hattic. For example we do not make blocked hats, as we use flat patterns to create our hats.
Our Custom Hat prices vary depending on material, design and size, however they do tend to sit roughly between the £80 – £200 mark. This payment can be spread out over three interest-free, equal instalments if you choose to pay later with Klarna at the checkout.
If you ordered a hat off the shelf it will be posted within 2 working days. If you ordered a custom hat, we quote approximately 20 working days turnaround time.
Delivery types and times are as follows:
UK Free Delivery over £100 – 4 to 7 days after dispatch
UK Standard Delivery – 1 to 3 days after dispatch – £6.50
European Standard Delivery – £14.50*
Worldwide Standard Delivery – £22.00
Any delays, perhaps due to supply of cloth or other materials, will be communicated to you.
Please understand that when the hat has left the Hattic, it is then in the hands of the postal service, over which we have no control.
You may return your hat, should you wish to. Just let us know via email email@example.com within 7 days if you need to return your order, and then you have 90 days from the date of receipt to send back your order to us.
Yes, we are delighted to be making heads happy across the globe. Worldwide Standard Delivery costs £22.00, and shipping times may vary depending on your location.
If you haven’t received your order within two weeks of dispatch then please contact us or the relevant postal or courier service.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email from the postal service after your parcel has been dispatched. From there you should be able to track your delivery via the relevant courier.
Yes, that’s absolutely fine. Simply contact us as soon as possible, and we will amend your details. Unfortunately if your hat has already been dispatched then we will not be amend the address on your order.
You can request a refund, or a remake if it was made to order. If the mistake was on our part, we will cover the postage costs.
Not sure how to size your head? It’s better for accuracy of measurement if you ask someone to do this for you. So, using a tape measure of plastic or cloth, measure the circumference of your head just above the top of the ears and just above the brow. Make sure the tape lies midway on your occipital bone (the small bone in the centre at the back of your head). Make it a firm measurement, not too tight or loose. Let it sit how you’d like the hat to sit. Check our Sizing Guide for more information.
If you are measuring up for a leather hat, we will allow for some inevitable give from the hat after a few years of wear. This means that when your leather hat first arrives, it may feel like a particularly snug fit.
We are proud to say that we can make a hat for any shape or size of head. Our listed sizing ranges from 54cm to 67cm, but if your head happens to be larger or smaller than that, simply contact us with your measurements and we can make you a custom sized hat!
